      介绍剪切啮合型转子的特点,并与四棱同步转子和普通啮合型转子进行不同填充因数、压砣压力、冷却水温度和转子转速下的对比试验。结果表明,混炼过程中密炼机存在最佳填充因数;相同的转子转速(低于150 r·min-1)和压砣压力下,剪切啮合型转子混炼性能较好;相同冷却水温度下,剪切啮合型转子炭黑分散性较好。
英文摘要:
      The mixing behavior of shearing-meshing rotor in internal mixer was introduced,and compared to that of 4-wing synchronous rotor and conventional meshing rotor at different filling factor,rotor speed,ram force and cooling water temperature.The results showed that,the mixer had an optimal filling factor;the shearing-meshing rotor had better mixing efficiency at same rotor speed(≤150 r·min-1) and ram force,and gave the compound better dispersibility of carbon black at same cooling water temperature.
