      对废轮胎胶粉进行氯化改性,考察溶剂、反应时间、反应温度和氯气流速对氯化效果的影响,研究氯化改性胶粉/PVC共混物的物理性能和微观结构。结果表明,采用水相氯化法、反应温度为70 ℃及氯气流速为0.6 g·min-1时,通过控制反应时间可以得到不同氯含量的氯化改性胶粉。与未改性胶粉相比,氯化改性胶粉的高温稳定性变差,与水的表面接触角减小,极性增大;与PVC共混物的物理性能明显提高。SEM分析证明,氯化改性胶粉与PVC界面比较模糊,无明显缝隙,两者相容性好。
英文摘要:
      Ground tire were modified by chlorination,and the influences of solvent,reaction time,reaction temperature and the flow rate of chlorine on chlorination effect,as well as the properties and microstructure of ground tire/PVC blend were investigated.The results showed that the chlorinated efficiency was good under the condition that the solvent was water,the temperature is at 70 ℃ and the flow rate of chlorine is 0.6 g·min-1;and the chlorinated level could be controlled by the reaction time.The stability at high temperature of chlorinated ground tire was declined,the contact angle with water was decreased,while the polarity was increased as compared to those of unmodified ground tire;physical properties of chlorinated ground tire/PVC blend were greatly improved.It was proved by SEM that the interface between chlorinated ground tire and PVC was mistier and without clear gap.Therefore,the compatibility between chlorinated ground tire and PVC was excellent.
