      采用均匀设计法研究氧化镁、氧化锌、促进剂NA-22、炭黑和芳烃油用量对非硫黄调节型粉末CR(PCR232)和非硫黄调节型块状CR(CR232)物理性能的影响,通过逐步回归分析建立了PCR232和CR232配合特性的数学模型,并在试验范围内进行验证。结果表明,用所建立的数学模型可较好地预测PCR232和CR232的物理性能。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the addition level of magnetic oxide,zinc oxide,curing accelerator NA-22,carbon black and aromatic oil on the physical properties of non-sulfur modified powdered polychloroprene rubber(PCR232) and non-sulfur modified block polychloroprene rubber(CR232) was investigated by using uniform design method,and the mathematic models of compounding characteristics of PCR232 and CR232 were established by using stepwise regression analysis and confirmed in the test range.The results showed that the mathematic models could be used to reasonably predict the physical properties of PCR232 and CR232.
