      采用全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶配方,以正交试验法考察六棱同步转子密炼机工艺参数对硫化胶物理性能的影响。试验结果表明,当填充因数为0.6、压砣压力为0.5 MPa、冷却水温度为30 ℃、转子转速为160 r·min-1时,硫化胶物理性能较佳。
英文摘要:
      The influence for mixing parameters of internal mixer with 6-wing synchronous rotor on the physical properties of TBR tire tread was investigated by orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that when filling factor was 0.6, ram pressure at 0.5 MPa, cooling water temperature at 30 ℃ and rotor speed at 160 r·min-1, the comprehensive physical properties of vulcanizate were better.
