      对淀粉接枝丙烯酸丁酯(淀粉-g-BA)/NR复合材料的结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,淀粉-g-BA与NR基体的相容性和界面作用力均优于淀粉;淀粉-g-BA/NR复合材料的加工性能和热降解性能与淀粉/NR复合材料接近,比NR差;淀粉-g-BA/NR复合材料的物理性能优于NR和淀粉/NR复合材料,用作轮胎胎面胶可在明显提高抗湿滑性能的同时保持较低的滚动阻力。
英文摘要:
      The structure and properties of starch-g-BA/NR composite were investigated.The results showed that the compatibility and the interfacial adhesion between starch-g-BA and NR were better than those between starch and NR,respectively;the processibility and thermal degradation properties of starch-g-BA/NR composite were similar to those of starch/NR composite but worse than those of NR;the physical properties of starch-g-BA/NR composite were better than NR and starch/NR composite,and the wet traction was improved while the rolling resistance kept low by using starch-g-BA/NR composite as tire tread.
