      将芳纶浆粕预分散体(EE)加入SBR胶料及炭黑和白炭黑补强SBR胶料中,研究芳纶浆粕对复合材料加工性能的影响及浆粕在复合材料中的分散形态和复合材料的脆断断面形态。结果表明,加入1~10份EE对EE/SBR和EE /炭黑/白炭黑/SBR复合材料的门尼粘度基本没有影响;芳纶浆粕在复合材料中的分散形态取决于加工时的剪切应力;加工工艺对芳纶浆粕的分散形态有较大影响。
英文摘要:
      The effects of pre-dispersed p-aramid pulp on the processing property of composites,the dispersion of the pulp in the composites,and the brittle-fractured surface of the composites were investigated by adding Kevlar Engineered Elastomer(EE) in neat SBR or carbon black and silica reinforced SBR.The results showed that when the addition level of EE is less than 10 phr,the effect of EE on the Mooney viscosity of the composites is negligible;the dispersion of the pulp in matrix depended on the processing shear stress;the processing technology played an important role in the dispersion of the pulp.
