      简述硫化计算原理和活化能的确定方法。分别采用橡胶加工分析仪RPA2000和无转子硫化仪GT-M2000测定轮胎胶料的t90并确定其硫化反应活化能。试验结果表明,不同仪器测定的t90和由此计算的硫化反应活化能差异较大。采用有限元法对某规格子午线轮胎硫化过程进行模拟,结果表明活化能对轮胎硫化程度影响较大。
英文摘要:
      The calculation principle for vulcanization process and method for determining the activation energy were briefly introduced.Rubber processing analyzer RPA2000 and moving die rheometer GT-M2000 were used to measure the optimum cure time and then obtain the activation energy of rubber.The experimental results showed that there was big difference using different instruments.FE method was used to simulate the radial tire curing process,the results showed that the influence of the activation energy on cure degree of tire was great.
