试验研究甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、氢氧化镁和硫化剂DCP用量对EPDM硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,当MAA、氢氧化镁和硫化剂DCP用量分别为5,200和0.5份时,EPDM硫化胶的物理性能和阻燃性能较好。扫描电镜分析表明,MAA的加入增强了氢氧化镁与EPDM之间的相互作用。 |

The effect of the addition levels of methacrylic acid(MAA),magnesium hydroxide[Mg(OH)2] and curing agent DCP on the properties of EPDM vulcanizate was experimentally investigated.The results showed that better physical properties and flame retardance of EPDM vulcanizate could be obtained when 5 phr of MAA,200 phr of Mg(OH)2 and 0.5 phr of curing agent DCP were used.It was found by SEM that the interaction between Mg(OH)2 and EPDM was improved by adding MAA. |
