      试验研究促进剂O,O′-二异丙基二硫代磷酸镧(LaDiPDP)对NR胶料硫化特性的影响,并与常用促进剂进行对比。结果表明,硫黄/促进剂LaDiPDP体系在NR胶料中具有明显的硫化促进作用和优良的抗硫化返原效果;随着促进剂LaDiPDP用量的增大,NR胶料的硫化速度和硫化程度逐渐提高;NR的硫化温度可以升高到160 ℃。与常用促进剂BZ,TMTD,DM和NOBS相比,促进剂LaDiPDP具有适中的硫化速度和较好的抗硫化返原性能。
英文摘要:
      The effect of accelerator lanthanum O,O′-diisopropyldithiophosphate(LaDiPDP) on the curing behavior of NR compound was experimentally investigated and compared to those of ordinary accelerators.The results showed that the sulfur/LaDiPDP curing stytem obviously improved the vulcanization rate and anti-reversion property of NR compound;the curing rate and curing state were increased as the addition level of LaDiPDP increased;the curing temperature could be enhanced up to 160 ℃.Compared to ordinary accelerators BZ,TMTD,DM and NOBS,LaDiPDP featured a moderate curing rate and better anti-reversion property.
