      研究密炼机同步转子构型对纳米填料在NR胶料中的分散性及NR硫化胶物理性能的影响。结果表明,在相同的混炼条件下,采用六棱同步转子加工的NR胶料中纳米填料的分散性较好,NR硫化胶综合物理性能较优;二棱功能同步转子的混炼效果优于新型二棱同步转子和二棱销钉同步转子。
英文摘要:
      The effect of mixer synchronous rotor shape on the dispersibility of nano-fillers and physical properties of NR vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the compound mixed with the 6 wings synchronous rotor offered better dispersibility of nano-fillers and comprehensive physical properties of NR vulcanizate when compared to that with the 2 wings synchronous rotor;the 2 wings functional synchronous rotor possessed better mixing effectiveness when compared to the new type 2 wings synchronous rotor and the 2 wings pin synchronous rotor under the same mixing conditions.
