      试验研究短纤维种类和用量对短纤维/CR复合材料物理性能和耐热老化性能的影响。结果表明,随着短纤维用量的增大,复合材料的邵尔A型硬度、20%定伸应力和撕裂强度呈上升趋势,拉伸强度先减小后增大,拉断伸长率先减小后趋于平稳;各类短纤维的加入不同程度地提高了复合材料的耐热老化性能,其中锦纶短纤维/CR复合材料的耐热老化性能最好。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the sorts and addition level of short fibre on the physical properties and thermal aging property of short fibre/CR composite was investigated.The results showed that the Shore A hardness,modulus at 20% elongation and tear strength tended to increase,the tensile strength decreased at first and then increased,the elongation at break decreased at first and then stayed steady as the addition level of short fibre increased;the thermal aging property of the composite was improved in different degree by adding different sorts of short fibre,the thermal aging property of nylon short fibre/CR composite was the best.
