中文摘要:
      研究经过6个月常温贮存、60 ℃老化和60 ℃加载老化试验后甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)海绵性能的变化。结果表明,经过常温贮存和60 ℃老化后的MVQ海绵松弛率增大,厚度、破坏应变和损耗因子(tanδ)都无明显变化,说明MVQ海绵具有较好的耐热老化性能;经过60 ℃加载老化后MVQ海绵明显变薄,破坏应变大幅度降低,松弛率有一定程度增大,tanδ略有减小,说明加载因素对MVQ海绵的性能有较大影响。
英文摘要:
      The changes of the physical properties of MVQ foam test pieces after aging for 6 monthes at room temperature,60 ℃ and 60 ℃ + loading respectively were investigated.The results showed that the relaxtion rates of the test pieces aged at room temperature and 60 ℃ increased,but their thickness,break-down strain and tanδ changed little indicating that MVQ foam had better heat resistance;and the thickness and break-down strain of the test piece aged at 60 ℃ + loading decreased significantly,its relaxation rate increased at a certain level and its tanδ decreased a little indicating that the loading had greater effect on the properties of MVQ.
