      试验研究用吸附性促进剂NMBS制备的NR/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的结构和性能,并与用常规促进剂CZ制备的纳米复合材料进行对比。结果表明,在NR/蒙脱土或NR/有机蒙脱土中加入促进剂NMBS,胶料的活化能下降;而加入促进剂CZ后胶料的活化能明显提高。在两种促进剂体系胶料中加入8份有机蒙脱土,硫化胶中有机蒙脱土的层间距相同;促进剂NMBS体系硫化胶的交联密度明显增大,物理性能总体提高(有机蒙脱土的适宜用量为2~10份),而促进剂CZ体系硫化胶的交联密度和物理性能均变化不大。

      The structure and properties of NR/montmorillonite (MMT) nano-composite prepared with absorptive accelerator NMBS were experimentally investigated and compared to those with normal accelerator.The results showed that the activation energy of compound decreased by adding NMBS into NR/MMT or organomontmorillonite (OMMT),in contrast,the activation energy increased significantly by adding accelerator CZ.The galleries between layers of OMMT in vulcanizate were the same by adding 8 phr OMMT in NR compound with NMBS or CZ;and the crosslink density of the vulcanizate with NMBS increased and its comprehensive physical properties also improved,but the crosslink density and physical properties of the vulcanizate with CZ changed little.
