      建立混炼胶炭黑分散度自动识别的特征指标体系并确定图像处理方法。混炼胶炭黑分散度特征指标体系包含9个反映炭黑分散和分布信息的指标。图像处理时，灰度图像中的切痕条纹必须消除，灰度图像黑白二值化时采用局部阈值法选取阈值，图像特征值采用改进填充算法计算。由图像特征值统计得出，该炭黑分散度特征指标体系及图像处理方法适合切割混炼胶，不适合未切割混炼胶。
英文摘要:
      A characteristic index system for automatically judging the dispersity of carbon black in rubber mix was built-up and a processing method of image was established.Nine indexes reflecting the dispersion and distribution of carbon black were included in the above characteristic index system.The streaked cut mark in the grey image had to be eliminated during image process，the threshold was taken by local threshold method in the black/white dualization of grey image，and the characteristic value of image was calculated by the modified fill-up algorithm.It was found from the statistical characteristicvalues of image that the characteristic index system of carbon black dispersity and the processing method of image were only suitable for cut-sample of rubber mix.
