      通过甜菜碱改性高岭土悬浮液与天然胶乳混合以凝聚共沉法制备甜菜碱改性高岭土/NR复合材料,研究甜菜碱溶液质量分数、高岭土用量、碱金属离子种类等对复合材料物理性能的影响。结果表明,甜菜碱改性高岭土对硫化胶具有明显的补强作用。扫描电镜分析表明硫化胶拉伸断面出现丝网形貌,透射电镜分析表明甜菜碱改性高岭土粒子与NR基体结合紧密,界面比较模糊。

      A betaine-modified kaolin/NR composite was prepared by mixing betaine-modified kaolin suspension solution and NR latex,and then coagulating and coprecipitating the mixture.The influenceof the mass fraction of betaine solution,the addition level of kaolin and the ion kind of basic metal on the properties of the composite was investigated.The results showed that the betaine-modified kaolin had remarkable reinforcement on vulcanizate.It was found by SEM that the silk network existed on the tensile cross-section of vulcanizate and it was found by TEM that the particles of betaine modified kaolin were closely bound to NR matrix with a fuzzy boundary.
