      在乳液插层法制备的粘土/NR纳米复合材料中加入炭黑,制得粘土/炭黑/NR纳米复合材料,并对其微观结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,炭黑的加入并没有影响粘土在NR基体中的分散状态,粘土和炭黑在NR基体中均达到纳米级分散;炭黑的加入削弱了粘土所形成填料网络的强度,从而改善了复合材料的加工性能;与粘土/NR纳米复合材料相比,粘土/炭黑/NR纳米复合材料的综合物理性能较好。
英文摘要:
      A clay/carbon black/NR nano-composite was obtained by adding carbon black on two-roll mill into clay/NR nano-composite which was prepared with emulsion intercalating method,and its micro-structure and properties were investigated by XRD and TEM.The results showed that the addition of carbon black had no effect on the dispersion of clay in NR matrix,and both fillers were dispersedin NR matrix on nanoscale;the addition of carbon black decreased the intensity of filler network formed by clay to improve the processibility of composite;and the comprehensive physical propertiesof clay/carbon black/NR nano-composite were better than those of clay/NR nano-composite.
