      建立195/60R14子午线轮胎三维非线性有限元模型,分析子午线轮胎耐磨性能的影响因素。结果表明,随着载荷的增大,轮胎接地区域摩擦力的分布由内大外小逐渐变为外大内小,最大摩擦力发生在胎肩部位;随着带束层帘线角度的增大,最大摩擦力先减小后增大,静态接地时摩擦力呈对称分布;相同载荷下,充气压力增大,最大摩擦力增大,导致胎冠中心部位提前磨损,充气压力过小,易产生“桥式效应”,造成胎面磨耗不均匀。
英文摘要:
      A 3D nonlinear FE model has been established to analyze the effective factors on the wear resistance of 195/60R14 tire.The results show that the distribution of the friction force in the ground contact area will gradually change from greater inside and smaller outside to greater outside and smaller inside as the load of tire increases,and the maximum friction force occurs in the shoulder area;the maximum friction force decreases at first and increases later as the angle of belt cord increases,and the static friction force in ground contact area is symmetrically distributed;and with the same load,the overinflation pressure leads to the increase of the maximum friction force resulting in the premature wear in the middle of crown,and the underinflation pressure leads to the “bridge effect” resulting in the uneven wear in the tread.
