      研究促进剂TMTD用量对均聚型氯醚橡胶(CO)/共聚型氯醚橡胶(ECO)并用胶硫化特性、物理性能、耐热老化性能和高温压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明,在CO/ECO并用胶中加入促进剂TMTD,胶料的t10延长,t90缩短,硫化胶的耐热老化性能下降;硫化胶的物理性能在促进剂TMTD用量为1份时较好;在合适的二次硫化条件(160 ℃×2 h)下,添加适量的促进剂TMTD,可以减小并用胶的高温压缩永久变形。
英文摘要:
      The effect of TMTD on the curing behaviour,physical properties,heat aging property and permanent set at high temperature of CO/ECO was investigated.The results showed that the t10 of CO/ECO blend extended and the t90 reduced,and the heat aging property of its vulcanizate degraded by adding TMTD;the better physical properties of vulcanizate were obtained by using 1 phr of TMTD;and the permanent set at high temperature of vulcanizate after proper post cure(160 ℃×2 h)improved by adding TMTD.
