      以ANSYS通用分析软件为工具,以载重子午线轮胎9.00R20为例,采用层、体和接触单元建立子午线轮胎的三维有限元模型。分析在静态条件下子午线轮胎带束层厚度变化、左右偏移量以及局部密度变化对轮胎径向力波动和侧向力波动的影响。结果表明,在一定充气压力和下沉量下,轮胎径向力随带束层厚度增大单调增大;侧向力随带束层偏移量变化具有方向性,其绝对值单调改变;径向力及侧向力基本不受带束层局部密度变化的影响。
英文摘要:
      A three-dimensional FEA model has been built based on the pratical structure of 9.00R20 tire by using layered elements,solid elements and contact elements,with ANSYS software.The model is used to analyze the effect of the gage,lateral deviation and local density in belt on the radial force variation (RFV) and lateral force variation (LFV).The results indicate that under certain inflation pressure and deflection,RFV of tire increases monotonously with the belt gage,LFV of tire increases monotonously and directionally with the lateral deviation of belt;and the change of local density in belt has little effect on both RFV and LFV.
