      采用Brabender转矩流变仪,在混炼温度为100~ ℃和混炼转子转速为20~80 r·min-1的条件下测试了4个胶种(NR,SBR,BR和NBR)的混炼焦烧特性(ts和Δt),并与门尼焦烧特性(t5和Δt30)进行比较,指出门尼焦烧不能真正地反映混炼胶在实际加工过程中的焦烧特性。根据试验数据,拟合了4个胶种的ts和Δt与混炼温度、转子转速关系的模型。方差、回归分析结果表明,该模型可以用来很好地表征混炼焦烧性能与混炼温度和转子转速之间的关系。

      The mixing scorch safety (ts and Δt) of four kinds of rubber compounds (NR,SBR,BR and NBR) was measured using a Brabender torque rheometer in a wide temperature range (100~140 ℃) and rotor speed range (20~80 rpm),and compared to Mooney scorch safety (t5 and Δt30).It was pointed out that the real scorch safety of rubber compound during mixing couldn’t be reflected by Mooney scorch safety.The model for mixing scorch safety of four rubber compounds in function of mixing temperature and rotor speed was established by fitting the data from the test.It was found by the square error and regression analyses that the dependance of mixing scorch safety on mixing temperature and rotor speed could be well characterized by the model.
