      在加有轮胎纵向刚度测试附加装置的轮胎静负荷试验机上测试了轿车子午线轮胎的静态纵向刚度。研究了不同径向载荷、不同气压及不同结构参数(带束层宽度、0°冠带层层数和胎面胶厚度)时轿车子午线轮胎静态纵向刚度的变化。结果表明, 径向载荷基本不影响轮胎的纵向刚度;气压升高,轮胎的单位长纵向刚度增大;结构参数对轮胎的单位长纵向刚度影响不显著。
英文摘要:
      The static fore-aft stiffness of radial car tire was measured by a tire static load tester with additional tire fore-aft stiffness testing device.The dependence of the static fore-aft stiffness of radial car tire on the radial load,inflation pressure and structure parameters,such as belt width,cap ply rubber and tread gauge was investigated.The results showed that the radial load had little effect on the fore-aft stiffness of tire;the specific fore-aft stiffness increased as the inflation pressure raised;and the structure parameters didn’t have remarkable effect on the specific fore-aft stiffness of tire.
