      研究NBR/有机改性膨润土复合材料的结构、性能及其对PVC的增韧作用。采用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料的微观结构发现,NBR大分子可插层进入有机改性膨润土层间。有机改性膨润土填充NBR硫化胶的物理性能优于未改性膨润土填充胶,10份有机改性膨润土的补强效果可达到30份炭黑N330的水平。NBR/有机改性膨润土复合材料对PVC的增韧效果优于NBR,且能保持较高的拉伸强度和弯曲强度。
英文摘要:
      The structure and properties of NBR/organomodified bentonite composite and its toughening effect on PVC were investigated.It was found by observing the microstructure of the composite with XRD,TEM and SEM that NBR macromolecule could be intercalated into the galleries of bentonite.The physical properties of NBR/organomodified bentonite vulcanizate was superior to those of NBR/unmodified bentonite vulcanizate,and the reinforcing effect of 10 phr organomodified bentonite was similar to that of 30 phr carbon black.The toughening effect of NBR/organomodified bentonite composite on PVC was better than that of NBR,and gave PVC higher tensile strength and bend strength.
