      采用乳液共混共凝法制备累托石/SBR复合材料,研究累托石纯度对材料物理性能的影响,并与蒙脱石/SBR复合材料进行对比。结果表明,累托石/SBR属于纳米复合材料,分散相的形状系数稍高于蒙脱石体系;高纯度累托石是制备性能优异的累托石/SBR纳米复合材料的关键。两种纳米复合材料均具有良好的气密性,累托石/SBR复合材料分散相形状系数略大,气密性更优。两者均可以作为性价比适中的轮胎气密层或内胎材料。

      A rectorite/SBR nanocomposite was prepared with emulsion co-coagulation method.The effect of the rectorite purity on the physical properties of rectorite/SBR nanocomposite was investigated,and a comparison was made between the properties of rectorite/SBR nanocomposite and montmorillonite/SBR nanocomposite.The results showed that both rectorite/SBR composite and montmorillonite/SBR composite were nanocomposites,and the aspect ratio of the dispersed phase in the former was greater than that in the latter;the high purity of rectorite was the most important factor to prepare the rectorite/SBR nanocomposite with the excellent properties.Both nanocomposites were suitable to make the inner liner or inner tube of tire because of their good air tightness,in particular,the rectorite/SBR nanocomposite with the greater aspect ratio of its dispersed phase gave better air tightness.
