      通过分析硫化测温试验和有限元仿真计算数据,比较了现有硫化过程中轮胎内部点温度的预测方法,提出一种“温差/温变预测模型”,并给出了用该模型预测时数据处理的具体方法。与现有的预测方法相比,其预测精度明显提高。
英文摘要:
      Based on the analysis of the data from the temperature measurement during vulcanization and the calculation in finite element simulation,the existent methods for predicting the temperatures at different points inside tire during vulcanization were compared to propose a temperature difference/temperature change prediction model,and the specific method for processing data in the prediction with the model was given.The prediction with the model was more accurate when compared to existent predicting methods.
