      研究了IIR/CIIR并用比、补强剂品种和用量以及软化剂对IIR/CIIR共混硫化胶动态力学性能的影响。研究表明:IIR/CIIR并用比对共混硫化胶的动态力学性能有明显的影响,当IIR/CIIR的并用比为80/20时,综合力学性能比较好;炭黑品种和用量对共混硫化胶动态力学性能有显著的影响。粗粒子炭黑使共混硫化胶的损耗因子tanδ峰值增大,随炭黑用量增大,tanδ峰值显著减小;软化剂也在一定程度上影响共混硫化胶的动态力学性能。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the IIR/CIIR blending ratio,the filler type and loading level and the softner level on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the IIR/CIIR blending ratio had a significant effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate and the better comprehensive mechanical properties of vulcanizate were obtained when the IIR/CIIR blending ratio was 80/20;the filler type and loading level also had a significant effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate,the peak tanδ of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate increased by using coarse black and the peak tanδ decreased significantly as the loading level of carbon black increased;and the softner had an effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate to an extent.
