      采用ANSYS建立轮胎硫化温度场分析模型,对经过预热和未经预热处理两种情况下的胎坯硫化温度场进行了模拟。结果表明,胎坯经过预热处理后硫化有助于提高轮胎硫化程度的均匀性,缩短机内硫化时间,提高设备的利用率和生产效率。
英文摘要:
      A model was built by using ANSYS to simulate the curing temperature field of two green tires,of which one was preheated and another was not.The results showed that the preheating of green tire was beneficial to improve the uniformity of curing state in whole tire,reduce the curing time in press and increase the production efficiency.
