      建立一种子午线轮胎的轴对称非线性有限元模型,用以模拟轮胎的轮辋定位-充气-自由旋转过程。模型考虑了橡胶材料的非线性和不可压缩性、帘线-橡胶复合材料的各向异性、轮胎大变形的几何非线性以及轮胎、轮辋与路面的非线性接触边界条件。通过有限元分析,得到了子午线轮胎在充气压力和离心力作用下的变形和应力分布情况,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了比较,两者比较吻合。
英文摘要:
      A nonlinear axisymmetric finite element model was built to simulate position on rim,inflation and free rotation of radial tire.The nonlinearity and incompressibility of rubber material,the anisotropy of cord/rubber composite,the geometric nonlinearity of large deformation in tire,and the nonlinear boundary conditions in the contact areas between tire and rim or ground were taken into account in the model.The deformation and stress distribution of radial tire under inflation pressure and centrifugal force were obtained by FEA.And the calculated results agreeded very well with the experimental results.
