      研究了硫化剂TCY对均聚型氯醚橡胶(CO)/共聚型氯醚橡胶(ECO)共混物性能的影响。随着硫化剂TCY用量的增大,CO/ECO共混物的t10t90、最大转矩以及邵尔A型硬度增大,扯断伸长率和撕裂强度减小;硫化剂TCY用量为0.8份时,CO/ECO共混物的综合物理性能较好;适当增大硫化剂TCY用量,可提高CO/ECO共混物的耐热老化性能和压缩永久变形性能。
英文摘要:
      The influence of curative TCY on the properties of CO/ECO blend was investigated.The results showed that as the addition level of TCY increased,t10t90,maximum torque and Shore A hardness of CO/ECO blend increased,but the tensile strength and tear strength decreased;the better comprehensive physical properties of CO/ECO blend were obtained when 0.8 phr of TCY was used;and the heat aging stability and compression set of CO/ECO blend improved as the addition level of TCY increased properly.
