      以硫化与发泡匹配为中心,进行了NBR/PVC共混海绵的研究。结果得出,当NBR/PVC共混比为84/16,发泡剂DDL105用量为8~16份,硫化体系的硫黄、氧化锌、促进剂CZ和TMTD的用量分别为0.8,2.1,0.25和0.06份,补强剂碳酸钙用量为40份,硫化-发泡条件为150℃/(7~9) MPa×9 min时,胶料的硫化与发泡速度匹配,海绵的密度和硬度小,泡孔均匀。
英文摘要:
      The NBR/PVC sponge was investigated focusing on the match of curing to blowing.The results showed that the curing rate of the compound matched well to the blowing rate and the sponge with the lower density and hardness and the uniform cells were obtained when NBR/PVC with blending ratio of 84/16,8~16 phr of blowing agent DDL 105,0.8,2.1,0.25 and 0.06 phr of sulfur,ZnO,accelerator CZ and TMTD,40 phr of calcium carbonate and 150℃/(7~9) MPa×9 min curing condition were used.
