      在D法预处理的基础上,改用间苯二酚-甲醛-天甲胶乳(甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝NR胶乳)体系对锦纶短纤维进行预处理,研究了预处理短纤维对短纤维/橡胶复合材料(SFRC)性能的影响。结果表明,采用新体系对锦纶短纤维进行预处理后,短纤维界面层具有一定的粘合效果。D法与新法预处理锦纶短纤维对SFRC的补强效果相差不大,但新法预处理可以明显降低预处理成本。
英文摘要:
      Based on the D pretreatment method,the resorcinol-formaldehyde-grevertex (methylmathacrylate-graft NR latex) was used to pretreat the nylon short fibre and the effect of the pretreated short fibre on the properties of SFRC was investigated.The results showed that the adhesion on the short fibre surface was promoted by pretreating the nylon short fibre with new system.The reinforcements of the nylon short fibres respectively pretreated by D method and new method to SFRC were similar,but new method featured much lower pretreatment cost.
