      从单台机的角度运用回归分析方法,建立了预测混炼胶分散度的数学模型。在此模型中,填充因数γ和整个混炼过程的平均功率E/T为自变量。此模型的预测值与实测值之差的平均值为0.567,与一般实测值的误差相近,具有一定的实用价值。
英文摘要:
      A mathematic model for predicting the mix dispersity has been established by using the regression analysis based on single internal mixer.The filling factor and the average power during the whole mixing process E/ T are self variables.The average difference between the value predicted by the model and the measured value is 0.567,and approximate to the error of common measured value.
