| 介绍了高速喷气纺圈胶料配方设计和生产工艺。高速喷气纺圈内层胶配方确定为:NBR/PVC 60/40，硫黄 3.0，促进剂DM 2.5，氧化锌 5.0，硬脂酸 1.0，沉淀法白炭黑 10，增塑剂DBP 12，防老剂2246 1.5，防老剂MB 0.5，三盐基硫酸铅 1.6，硬脂酸钡 0.4，紫外光吸收剂UV-9 0.4，抗静电剂SN 0.5，联苯胺黄 0.5，乙炔炭黑 0.1；外层胶配方确定为:NBR/PVC 40/60，硫黄 2.0，促进剂DM 2.5，氧化锌 5.0，硬脂酸 1.0，炭黑N110 15，增塑剂DBP 15，防老剂2246 2.0，防老剂MB 0.5，三盐基硫酸铅 2.4，硬脂酸钡 0.6，紫外光吸收剂UV-9 0.6，抗静电剂SN 0.5 。其中，沉淀法白炭黑和炭黑N110 分别用偶联剂Si69和A151(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)进行表面改性。内、外胶层硫化条件均为151 ℃×45 min 。骨架材料为维棉帘线。胶料塑炼分三段进行；毛管进行次氯酸处理，成品用次氯酸叔丁酯进行表面处理，模具使用前进行表面磷化处理。产品使用寿命达到6个月。 |

| A high speed air jet spining apron has been developed.Its inner layer compound consists of NBR/PVC 60/40，sulfur 3.0，DM 2.5，ZnO 5.0，stearic acid 1.0，precipitated silica 10，DBP 12，ant ioxidant 2246 1.5，antioxidant MB 0.5，t ribasic lead sulfate 1.6，barium stearate 0.4，ultraviolet screening agent UV-9 0.4，static eliminator SN 0.5，benzidine yellow 0.5，acety-lene black 0.1；and its outer layer compound consists of NBR/PVC 40/60，sulfur 2.0，DM 2.5，ZnO 5.0，stearic acid 1.0，N110 15，DBP 15，antio xidant 2246 2.0，antioxidant MB 0.5，tribasic lead sulfate 2.4，barium stearate 0.6，ult raviolet screening agent UV-9 0.6，static eliminator SN 0.5.The precipitated silica and N110 are surface-modified with Si69 and A151 (ethylene triethoxy
silane) respectively.Both inner layer and outer layer are cured at 151 ℃ for 45 min.The vinylon/cotton cord is used as carcass.The mastication of compound is carried out in 3 steps.The gross tube is treated with hypochlo rous acid，the finished product is treated with tert-butyl hypochlorate and themold is treated with surface-phosphorization.The service life of the product reaches 6 months. |
