      探讨了硅烷接枝二元乙丙橡胶(EPM-g-S)作相容剂对EPDM/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)共混物的改性及改性机理。EPM-g-S是EPM、硅烷偶联剂A-174[γ-(甲基丙烯酰脱氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷]和过氧化物DCP在布拉本德自记硫化仪中,通过高温(170~190 ℃)、高剪切(转子转速为60~80 r·min-1)热炼而成的。用EPM-g-S作相容剂,可以改善EPDM/MVQ共混物的物理性能、耐热性能(耐热温度从150 ℃提高到170 ℃)和高温压缩永久变形性能。红外光谱试验证明,EPM-g-S是硅烷偶联剂A-174接枝到EPM分子链上的产物,EPDM与MVQ和EPDM与EPM-g-S是通过过氧化物交联体系共交联的。

      The EPDM/MVQ was modified by using the silane-grafting EPM (EPM-g-S)as the compatibilizer and the modification mechanism was discussed.EPM-g-S was obtained by mixing EPM,silane coupling agent A-174[γ-(methyl acryldeoxy)propyl trimethyl silane] and DCP in a Brabender rheometer at the high temperature (170 ~ 190 ℃) and the high shearing (with rotor speed of 60 ~ 80 r·min-1.The physical properties,particularly the heat resistance and the compression set at high temperature of EPDM/MVQ were improved by using EPM-g-S as compatibilizer.It was found with infrared absorption spect rum that EPM-g-S was the product of the silane coupling agent A-174 grafted on the EPM molecular chain and the covulcanization of EPDM/MVQ or EPDM/EPM-g-S was achieved by peroxide crosslinking agent.
