      研究了羟甲基化木质素对溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)的补强作用。结果表明,木质素羟甲基化可以明显提高其对BIIR的补强能力,且100 g木质素用0.15 mol甲醛羟甲基化最佳;在羟甲基化木质素中加入水使其质量分数为0.45和在胶料混炼中进行100 ℃的动态热处理(热炼)可以提高硫化胶的力学性能。傅立叶红外光谱证明,胶料混炼过程中的动态热处理使BIIR分子链上接枝了羟甲基化木质素分子。采用50份羟甲基化木质素的BIIR硫化胶力学性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      The reinforcement of hydroxymethylated lignin on BIIR was investigated. The results showed that the reinforcing effect of lignin on BIIR was significantly strengthened by hydroxylation;the physical properties of vulcanizate were improved when 100 g of lignin was hy droxymethylated with 0.15 mol of formaldehyde,the hydroxylated lignin was wetted with 125% water and then dynamically treated at 100 ℃ during mixing. It was found by FT-IR that the hydroxymethy lated lignin molecule was grafted on the molecular chain of BIIR. The best physical properties of vulcanizate were obtained when 50 phr of hydroxymethy lated lignin was used.
