      研究了乙烯基硅橡胶中的乙烯基含量对开孔硅橡胶泡沫材料物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着乙烯基含量的增大,硅橡胶泡沫材料的密度逐渐降低;在相同应变下,各种硅橡胶泡沫材料的压缩应力在低应变时相近,高应变时随乙烯基含量的增大而下降;开孔硅橡胶泡沫材料的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率随乙烯基含量的增大而下降。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the vinyl content in methyl vinylsilicone rubber(MVQ)on the physical properties of open cell MVQ foam material was investigated.The results showed that the apparent densities of MVQ foam materials decreased as their viny l contents increased;the compression stresses of various MVQ foam materials were close to each other at low strains and decreased at high strains with viny l content increasing;and the tensile strength and elongation at break of open cell MVQ foam materials decreased as the vinyl content increased.
