中文摘要:
      在双模定型硫化机中对9.00-20 16PR轮胎外胎进行外温变温硫化试验。试验结果表明,开始时温度较高可强化传热,使开始时温升较快,能有效缩短硫化时间;后期降温又可提高硫化程度的均匀性和设备的利用率。根据外温变温试验结果还提出内温变温加热设想。
英文摘要:
      A test on 9.00-20 16PR tire curing at non-isothermal outer temperature in the double mold curing press was made.The results showed that the higher temperature at the beginning of vulcanization could promote the heat transmission, accelerate the temperature rise and effectively shorten the curing cycle; and the lower temperature in the late could improve the evenness of curing state and the utilization of equipment.An alternative plan about the non-isothermal inner temperature curing was provided.
