      研究了无机填料和软化剂用量对EPDM硫化胶力学性能的影口怠结果表明,随轻质碳酸钙用量的增大,EPDM硫化胶的硬度增大,拉伸强度和扯断伸长率等性能下降;随环烷油用量的增大,EPDM硫化胶的 硬度、拉伸强度等性能下降,扯断伸长率和压缩永久变形增大。利用等高线可预测胶料的性能,通过调整配方中软质碳酸钙和环烷油的用量,可选出能满足性能指标要求的胶料配方,达到调节EPDM硫化胶某些性能的目的。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the loading levels of inorganic filler and softner on the physical properties of EPDM vulcanizate was investigated. The results showed that the hardness of the EPDM vulcanizate increased, and its tensile strength and elongation at break decreased, as the loading level of light calcium carbonate increased; the hardness and tensile strength of EPDM vulcanizate decreased, and its elongation at break and compression set increased, as the loading level of naphthenic oil increased. The physical properties of EPDM vulcanizate could be predicted by isohypse, and the required physical properties of EPDM vulcanizate could be obtained by adjusting the loading levels of light calcium carbonate and naphthenic oil in the formula.
