      探讨了预聚体合成时二元醇质量分数及胶粘剂配制时—NCO/—OH摩尔比和催化剂(有机锡类)质量分数对蓖麻油型聚氨酯胶粘剂粘合性能的影响。结果表明,预聚体合成时二元醇质量分数为0.70及胶粘剂配制时—NCO/—OH 摩尔比为1.3时,催化剂质量分数为0.006~0.008和—NCO/—OH摩尔比为1.4时,催化剂质量分数为0.004~0.006,胶粘剂的粘合性能最佳;胶粘剂配制时—NCO/—OH摩尔比增大,胶粘剂的粘合性能提高;蓖麻油型聚氨酯胶粘剂的耐水性较好。

      The effect of the parts of glycol by mass in prepolymer synthesis and the mole ratio of —NCO/—OH and the parts of catalyst(organotin compound) by mass in adhesive preparation on the adhesion property of castor oil-PU adhesive was investigated.The results showed that the optimal adhesion property of castor oil-PU adhesive was obtained when 0.70 parts of glycol by mass in prepolymer synthesis and 0.006~0.008 parts of catalyst by mass with the mole ratio of —NCO/—OH equal to 1.3 and 0.004~0.006 parts of catalyst by mass with the mole ratio of —NCO/—OH equal to 1.4 in adhesive preparation were used;the adhesion property improved as the mole ratio of —NCO/—OH in adhesive preparation increased;and the castor oil-PU adhesive featured better waterproofing.
