      对NR/NBR共混物的动态力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,加入改性剂A后,共混物在两个玻璃化温度((Tg1Tg2))下有两个动态力学损耗因子(tanδ)峰。随着体系中改性剂A用量的增大(5~20份),Tg1基本不变,其对应的tanδ峰值下降;Tg2则向高温方向移动,其对应的tanδ峰值增大。因此,tanδ的大小和位置(Tg2)可以通过控制共混物各组分的用量来调节,从而获得抗湿滑性能好、滚动阻力低的材料。
英文摘要:
      The dynamic mechanical properties of NR/NBR blends were investigated.The results showed that the blends had two peak dynamic loss factors(tanδ) at two glass transition temperatures (Tg1,Tg2) by the addition of modifier A.Tg1 changed little and its corresponding peak tanδ decreased,but Tg2 shifted to the high temperature region and its corresponding peak tanδ increased as the modifier A in the system increased from 5~20 phr.So,the magnitude and region of tanδ at Tg2 could be controlled by adjusting the blending ratio and the modifier level to obtain a material with good wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance.
