      利用正交试验法对聚亚丙基碳酸酯(PPC)/SBR共混物进行了初步的配方设计。设计考虑了PPC用量、促进剂、硫化体系、硫化条件和助交联剂马来酸酐(MA)5个因子。结果表明PPC和MA用量是对共混物性能影响最显著的2个因子。按照优选配方得到的共混物的力学性能明显优于SBR。
英文摘要:
      A formula based on polypropylene carbonate(PPC)/SBR was proposed by using orthogonal experiments.Five factors,i.e.PPC proportion,accelerator,curing system,curing conditions and secondary crosslinking agent maleic anhy dride(MA)were considered in the experiments.The results showed that the PPC and MA levels were the two most effective factors on the blend properties;the physical properties of optimized blend formula was significantly better than those of SBR formula.
