      考察了共混方法、共混温度、共混时间、共混比等对高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)/NBR共混体系结构与性能的影响。结果表明,采用二阶共混法可获得最佳共混效果,共混温度宜控制为175~185 ℃;HPVC/NBR共混体系是宏观相容、微观相分离体系,与普通PVC/NBR共混体系相比,具有综合性能好和成本低的优点。
英文摘要:
      The influence of blending method,temperature,time and ratio of HPVC/NBR on its structure and properties was studied.The results showed that the best blending effect was obtained by using two stage blending process and the suitable blending temperature was between 175~185 ℃;HPVC/NBR was a macro-phase compatible and micro-phase seperating system and featured better comprehensive properties and lower cost when compared with the conventional PVC/NBR.
