      在分析一些试验现象后指出:影响密炼机橡胶混炼过程的因素主要有变形量、作用力、胶料粘度和填料粒子附聚体的附聚力4种因素;最佳混炼工艺的主要条件是胶料处于最佳粘度状态;最佳粘度值随着填料性质和密炼机技术特征会有所变化,最佳粘度时,填料较易混入,胶料能传递足够大的力分散填料粒子附聚体,此时的变形为有效变形,因而可用最短时间和最少能量获得较好的分散性。
英文摘要:
      A study was made on the effective factors in rubber mixing.The results showed that the most effective factors in rubber mixing included deformation value,applied stress,mix viscosity and cohesion of filler agglomerate;the mix viscosity changed with the filler properties and the internal mixer specification;when the mix viscosity was the most suitable,the optimal mixing process was obtained,the filler was more easily incorporated because the mix could transfer enough power to disperse filler agglomerates,and the deformation was effective,thereby the better dispersion was obtained with the shortest time and the least power.
