      研究了半有效硫化体系硫化NR的返原反应,对双-(γ-三乙氧基硅烷基丙基)-四硫化物(Si69)抗返原作用的原因进行了分析。通过测定硫化曲线、物理性能和溶胀指数,考察常见的3种工业化抗返原助剂[Si69,N,N′-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)和环己烷二硫代硫酸盐二水合物(HTS)]对NR硫化返原反应的抑制效果。实验结果表明,抗返原助剂可改善NR的热氧化性能;Si69的抗返原效果最好,用量以3份为宜,HVA-2次之,HTS最差。
英文摘要:
      The reversion of NR cured with semi-EV system was studied.The effects of 3 commercial anti-reversion agents,i.e.Si69,N,N′-m-phenylene bismaleimide (HVA-2)and cyclohexane dithiosulfate dihydrate(HTS) on the anti-reversion of NR were investigated by determing curing curves,physical properties and swelling indexes.The results showed that the antireversion agents could improve the thermo-oxygen aging properties of NR and the order of their effects was Si69>HVA-2>HTS;and 3 phr of anti-reversion agent was suitable.
