| 工业发达国家胶管以编缠结构为主，树脂软管的产量占胶管的50%以上，复合结构胶管正在开发，胶管生产主要采用抽真空冷喂料挤出机和剪切机头挤出机，复合挤出工艺正在逐步推广使用。我国40%的胶管为编缠结构，树脂软管的产量占胶管的10%，产品结构的调整是当前的首要任务；大量从美国、德国、意大利和日本等引进生产线，工艺装备水平有较大提高；存在着新产品开发力度不够、整体工艺装备水平低和受外系统冲击严重等问题。 |

| In the developed countries，the most rubber hoses are produced with the woven or wound carcasses，the resin tube accounts for over 50% of the total rubber hose output；the cold-feed vacuum extruder and the shear head extruder are widely used in the rubber hose production，and the co extrusion technology is introduced progressively，In China，40% of the rubber hoses are produced with the woven or wound carcasses，the resin tube accounts for 10% of the total rubber hose output；a lot of production lines imported from USA，Germany，Italy and Japan have made the technology and equipment of rubber hose industry in China improve significantly. |
