      以粉末丁腈橡胶、粉末丁苯橡胶和粉末天然橡胶作增韧剂,研制汽车的“无纤维新型制动材料”。试验结果表明,粉末丁腈橡胶效果最佳,粉末丁苯橡胶次之,而粉末天然橡胶则不宜采用.以酚醛树脂与粉末丁腈橡胶(用量各10%)为基材的无纤维摩擦材料,其摩擦系数(0.39—0.44) 、磨损率(0.108m3·J-1) 、抗冲击强度(3160J·m-2)及抗热衰退能力等都高于国家标准要求。扫描电镜分析表明,犁切作用是引起磨损的重要原因之一。
英文摘要:
      New non-fibre reinforcing friction materials for auto brake toughened with powdered NBR,SBR and NR respectively have been investigated.The results show that the material toughened with powdered NR is the most effective,while the powdered NR can' t be used in this kind of material.For the non-fibre reinforcing material using 10 parts of powdered NR and 10 parts of phenolic resin as the matrix,the properties,such as friction coefficient (0.39一O.44),wear rate (0.108m33·J-1),impact strength (3.160J·m-1)and thermal fade resistance are better than those specified in the national standard.The analysis to the surface of the material shows that the ploughing-cutting is one of the important reasons for wear.
