Based on the tread crown compound formula of tires in production,the plasticizer system,protective system and vulcanization system were optimized to improve the discoloration of the tread crown.The results showed that,when the properties of the compound were equivalent,appropriately reducing the amount of easily migrating small molecules components such as antioxidants in the formula could greatly reduce mold pollution and significantly reduce tire crown discoloration. |
