介绍215/45ZR17 91W漂移赛车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 623 mm,断面宽 230 mm,行驶面宽度 192 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.3 mm,胎圈着合直径 435.1 mm,胎圈着合宽度 208 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.01,采用对称性花纹设计,花纹深度 7.8 mm,花纹饱和度 64%,花纹周节数 58。施工设计:采用三复合挤出胎面,带束层采用3×0.30ST钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2-100聚酯浸胶帘布,采用二次法成型机成型、液压式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能、低气压耐久性能以及脱圈阻力均符合相应设计及企业标准和国家标准要求。 |

The design on 215/45ZR17 91W drift racing radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?623 mm,cross-sectional width?230 mm,width of running surface 192 mm,arc height of running surface 7.3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?435.1 mm,bead width at rim seat?208 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)?1.01,symmetrical pattern design,pattern depth?7.8 mm,block/total ratio?64%,and number of pattern pitches?58.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using tri-extruded tread,using 3×0.30ST steel cord for belt,2 layers of 1100dtex/2-100 polyester dipped cord for carcass,using two-stage building machine to build tires,and hydraulic press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,high speed performance,low pressure durability and bead unseating resistance met the corresponding requirment of design,enterprise standards and national standards. |
