      介绍205/55R16低滚动阻力、抗湿滑、低噪声轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 630 mm,断面宽 212 mm,行驶面宽度 170 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 404.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 185.4 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.91,胎面采用非对称花纹,沟槽处倒角及最优化的节距排列设计。施工设计:胎面配方采用溶聚丁苯橡胶并用高分散性白炭黑,带束层采用超高强度钢丝帘线,成型采用VMI一次法成型机,采用低温硫化方式。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、胎圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能均达到国家标准要求,滚动阻力和抗湿滑等级分别达到欧盟标签法的C级和A级,通过噪声达到一级水平。
英文摘要:
      The design on 205/55R16 tire with low rolling resistance,wet skid resistance and low noise was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?630 mm,cross-sectional width?212 mm,width of running surface 170 mm,arc height of running surface 7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 185.4 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.91,using unsymmetrical tread pattern,groove chamfering and optimized pitch arrangement.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber and high dispersive silica for tread formula,the ultra-high tenacity steel cord for belt,using VMI one-step building machine to bulid tires,and the low-temperature vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,bead resistance,durability and high speed performance of the tire met the requirements of national standards.The rolling resistance and wet skid resistance were up to C and A level of European Union labelling regulation respectively,and noise met the level one.
