试验研究稻壳源白炭黑在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶(试验配方)中的应用,并与传统石英砂源高分散性白炭黑填充胎面胶(正常配方)进行对比。结果表明:稻壳源白炭黑能够在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中等量替代石英砂源高分散性白炭黑HD 175MP;试验配方硫化胶能够达到正常配方硫化胶相同水平的物理性能、动态粘弹性能和磨耗性能;试验轮胎的高速性能、耐久性能、抗湿滑性能、滚动阻力符合设计要求。 |

The application of silica from rice husk ash in tread compound of steel-belted radial tire(test formula) was experimentally investigated and compared with traditional quartz sand source high dispersibility silica filled compound(normal formula).The results showed that,the rice husk-derived silica could replace quartz sand source high dispersibility silica HD 175MP in the tread compound of steel-belted radial tire;the physical properties,dynamic viscoelastic properties and abrasive properties of the test formula compound could reach the same level as those of the normal formula compound;the high-speed performance, durability,wet-skid resistance and rolling resistance of the test tire were in accordance with the design requirements. |
