      介绍195/50R15轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 576 mm,断面宽 204 mm,行驶面宽度 161 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.6 mm,胎圈着合直径 379.4 mm,胎圈着合宽度 168 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.0,胎面花纹设计采用非对称形式,花纹深度 8.2 mm,花纹饱和度 71%,花纹周节数 64。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,带束层采用2层1×3×0.28HT钢丝帘布,胎体采用1层1670dtex/2 F105聚酯帘布,钢丝圈选用Φ0.96 mm的镀铜回火胎圈钢丝,成型采用两次法成型机,采用B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、胎圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能均符合国家标准要求,且轮胎滚动阻力、抗湿滑性能及噪声方面均表现良好。

      The design of 195/50R15 passenger car radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 576 mm,cross-sectional width 204 mm,width of running surface 161 mm,height of running surface 6.6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 379.4 mm,bead width at rim seat 168 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.0,unsymmetrical tread pattern,pattern depth 8.2 mm,block/total ratio 71%,and total number of pitches 64.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three formula and four piece extruded tread,2 layers of 1×3×0.28HT steel cord for belt ply,1 layer of 1670dtex/2 F105 polyester cord for carcass ply,Φ0.96 mm copperized and tempered wire for bead,using two step building machine to build tires,and using type B press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tires that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of national standards.In addition,the tire possessed low rolling resistance,good wet skid resistance and low noise.
